Non-Profit Donor Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct outreach and donor acquisition through door-to-door canvassing and local events
- Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, goals, and impact to potential supporters
- Build meaningful relationships and encourage one-time and recurring donations
- Accurately track donor interactions, pledges, and contributions using internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals
- Represent the organization with a professional, positive, and approachable attitude
Qualifications
- Outgoing, personable, and confident in face-to-face communication
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection professionally
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- No prior experience required — background in customer service, sales, or outreach is a plus
