Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients and nonprofit organizations at events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives
• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members
• Support marketing, outreach, and customer engagement campaigns
• Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally
• Assist with client and campaign reporting, tracking, and performance updates
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign results
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to meet campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or events is a plus but not required.
