We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee to join our entry-level leadership development program. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term career in business operations, nonprofit management, or team leadership while contributing to meaningful social change.


Role Overview

As a Business Management Trainee, you will take part in a structured, hands-on program that prepares you for future leadership roles in campaign management, event coordination, and internal team development. You’ll gain real-world experience by supporting daily operations, coordinating outreach initiatives, and mentoring new team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in leadership and business development training led by experienced mentors

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee community outreach and fundraising events, including logistics and staffing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, venues, and community stakeholders

  • Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires

  • Coach and mentor outreach representatives to ensure performance and growth

  • Review and analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all interactions


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
