Entry-Level Event Assistant

As an Event Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced event professionals to help organize, coordinate, and execute impactful events that support charitable organizations and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Support event setup, registration, logistics, breakdown, and overall event operations.
- Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Help coordinate volunteer schedules, event activities, and onsite event flow.
- Promote nonprofit initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and community programs while providing accurate information to attendees.
- Assist with registration, guest check-in, donation processing, and event materials.
- Monitor attendance, collect participant feedback, and help evaluate event success.
- Work closely with event coordinators and team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and professional presence throughout all events.
- Participate in paid training focused on event coordination, fundraising, leadership development, customer engagement, and nonprofit outreach.
