We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience supporting live events, fundraising campaigns, and public awareness initiatives for nonprofit organizations.

Position Overview
As a Community Outreach Representative, you will support and execute face-to-face marketing and fundraising campaigns for nonprofit clients. You’ll engage directly with the public, communicate meaningful causes, and help drive donations, participation, and community awareness.
This entry-level role provides structured training in event coordination, experiential marketing, donor engagement, and fundraising strategy, creating a strong foundation for long-term career growth in the nonprofit and marketing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing and fundraising campaigns
- Represent nonprofit clients at live events, community activations, and outreach programs
- Engage with the public to communicate campaign goals and encourage donations and participation
- Build relationships with community members, donors, and supporters
- Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information about nonprofit initiatives
- Track donor engagement, event performance, and outreach metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals
- Participate in ongoing training in event marketing, fundraising, and leadership development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
- Interest in nonprofit work, fundraising, and community outreach
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or volunteering is a plus but not required
