We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to support client growth through customer engagement, community outreach, live events, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and customer acquisition initiatives
• Represent clients and partner organizations at live events, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and community members to increase awareness and interest
• Generate and qualify leads through face-to-face outreach and customer engagement
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers and clients
• Communicate campaign information, products, and services clearly and professionally
• Track outreach activity, leads, and campaign performance using basic CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve growth objectives
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
