We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Assistant Manager to join our fast-growing team supporting nonprofit fundraising events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of outreach, fundraising, and event marketing campaigns
• Assist in leading, training, and motivating entry-level team members
• Help coordinate live events, promotional activities, and community initiatives
• Monitor team performance and assist with reporting and goal tracking
• Ensure smooth execution of event logistics and on-site coordination
• Communicate with clients, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders
• Contribute to improving processes, engagement strategies, and team efficiency
