We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Donor Engagement Representative to join our team. The Donor Engagement Representative will work directly with community members, supporters, and nonprofit partners to increase awareness, encourage participation, and strengthen donor relationships. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members and supporters through direct outreach initiatives.
  • Educate individuals about nonprofit campaigns, community programs, and charitable initiatives.
  • Build meaningful relationships with potential and existing donors.
  • Communicate campaign goals, mission impact, and opportunities for support.
  • Represent nonprofit partners professionally at events, community activations, and outreach locations.
  • Assist with donor acquisition and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
