Position Overview

As a Community Engagement Representative, you will work directly with community members, supporters, and event attendees to promote nonprofit initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and community programs. This is a face-to-face engagement role focused on relationship building, public outreach, and community involvement. It is not a call center or telemarketing position.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at events and outreach campaigns
• Engage with community members in a professional, friendly, and positive manner
• Educate the public about charitable programs, fundraising efforts, and community impact initiatives
• Build relationships that encourage participation, awareness, and donor engagement
• Support fundraising campaigns and community outreach activities
• Assist with event setup, attendee registration, and on-site event support
• Promote organizational missions and campaign goals effectively
• Collaborate with team members to execute outreach and awareness strategies
