Position Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for future leadership roles in campaign management, event coordination, and team development. You’ll learn by doing—coordinating outreach events, mentoring new hires, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership and business training led by experienced mentors
