Our growing organization is hiring Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Engage with community members, donors, and event attendees to increase awareness and participation
- Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials, event logistics, and communications content
- Track engagement data and help analyze campaign performance to improve outreach results
- Collaborate with team members on training, coordination, and day-to-day project execution
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen messaging, branding, and event impact
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment
- Interest in community outreach, nonprofit work, fundraising, or event marketing
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and leadership potential
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, events, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
