Fundraising Events Assistant – Entry Level
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Fundraising Events Assistant to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about community impact, fundraising, and event management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events from concept to completion
- Coordinate event logistics, including materials, vendors, and on-site setup
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
- Engage with donors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure successful events
- Conduct research to identify new fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
- Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and communications
- Track and report on event performance and fundraising outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and manage event timelines and schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event requirements
- Support the fundraising team in achieving donation and participation goals
- Manage event registrations and attendee communications
- Assist with social media, email campaigns, and other marketing outreach
- Help with donor follow-ups, thank-you communications, and relationship building
