We are actively recruiting motivated, mission-focused Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through direct, in-person outreach and grassroots campaigns. This position is perfect for individuals who want to create positive social change while building a long-term career in community engagement, nonprofit fundraising, and advocacy.

No previous experience is necessary. We offer paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development beginning on your first day.


Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for established nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public venues

  • Connect with community members through face-to-face conversations to educate, inspire, and generate support

  • Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear, engaging, and professional way

  • Work closely with outreach teams to achieve daily engagement and fundraising targets

  • Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials

  • Document interactions and gather community insights to enhance future outreach strategies

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, leadership development, and nonprofit advocacy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • No prior outreach or fundraising experience required — paid training provided
