Position Overview

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will represent partner brands and organizations at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns. You’ll help deliver positive, engaging experiences while supporting promotional efforts, public education, and fundraising or registration initiatives when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands and community partners at live events and promotional campaigns

• Engage with attendees to provide information, answer questions, and enhance the overall event experience

• Assist with product demonstrations, samples, promotional materials, and informational resources

• Support customer registrations, event sign-ups, and fundraising participation
