Position Overview
As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll participate in a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for future leadership roles. You’ll gain practical experience in campaign management, event coordination, and team mentorship, all while supporting meaningful nonprofit initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in leadership and business training led by experienced mentors
Coordinate and manage community outreach events, including logistics and staffing
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and local venues
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new outreach representatives
Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
