What You’ll Do

As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the public face of nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns. You’ll engage with community members, share campaign messages, distribute promotional materials, and create memorable experiences at live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at live events, activations, and community outreach programs.

  • Provide accurate information and answer questions about campaigns, services, and community initiatives.

  • Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and distribution of promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for smooth event execution.

  • Collect customer feedback, track interactions, and recommend improvements.

  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges with a professional, solution-oriented approach.

  • Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service at every interaction.
