Customer Service Associate - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach to educate community members about the organization’s mission and fundraising events.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering information clearly and politely.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations to promote event participation or secure donations.
Maintain accurate records of contacts, donations, and interactions.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals.
Represent the organization professionally, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
