Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
We’re a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team! In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging, memorable experiences that boost brand awareness, drive product engagement, and support local community initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the face of client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training
Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers
Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups
Track event traffic, customer feedback, and common questions to improve customer experience and campaign performance
