We are seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This role is designed for candidates eager to develop skills in marketing, sales, team leadership, and nonprofit fundraising while making a meaningful impact in the community.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in direct marketing, customer service, and team management, with a clear path toward leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in door-to-door marketing and fundraising campaigns to build firsthand experience in outreach and customer engagement
• Learn and apply sales strategies, communication techniques, and leadership principles
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Support daily operations, including campaign planning, reporting, and performance tracking
• Help drive team success by contributing to daily and weekly fundraising and sales goals
• Represent the organization with a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Strong interest in management, leadership development, and business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead by example and work both independently and within a team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Background in customer service, sales, marketing, or fundraising is a plus
