Event Marketing & Communications Assistant – Entry Level
Our expanding team is seeking motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistants to support fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, including nonprofits and charitable organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
- Engage with the public, donors, and event attendees to increase awareness, participation, and community support
- Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, event logistics, and communication content
- Track and report engagement metrics, participation data, and campaign performance to improve future initiatives
- Collaborate with team members on event execution, training, and campaign coordination
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event outreach, messaging strategy, and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
