Entry-Level Account Representative – Nonprofit Outreach (Paid Training + Weekly Pay)

No experience required — we provide full training and mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- $600/week guaranteed training pay (first 2 weeks)
- Uncapped commission structure (earn whichever is higher)
- Top performers earn $800–$1,500+ per week

Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit clients at community events and outreach campaigns
- Engage directly with the public through face-to-face interactions
- Educate potential donors about nonprofit missions and programs
- Generate support and donations for charitable causes
- Track daily performance metrics and meet individual/team goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
