Key Responsibilities

- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to help improve campaign performance

Qualifications
- Interest in marketing, promotions, event marketing, or brand management
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in customer-facing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn (coachability is essential)
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required (marketing coursework is a plus)
- Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or events is a plus but not required
