What You’ll Do
As a Community Outreach & Engagement Associate, you will:
Assist in supervising and coordinating outreach and event teams
Support the planning and execution of community events, fundraisers, and marketing campaigns
Help onboard, train, and motivate team members
Track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback
Represent the organization professionally with nonprofit partners and local community members
Who We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
Entry-level experience in community outreach, events, marketing, or volunteer coordination
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
