Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador, you'll represent nonprofit partners at community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives designed to increase public awareness and community support. You'll engage directly with community members, share information about important causes, and create meaningful interactions that strengthen nonprofit campaigns.

This role provides valuable hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, customer engagement, fundraising, communications, event marketing, and campaign management, with clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and public engagement initiatives.
• Connect with community members through professional, face-to-face conversations that educate and inspire support.
• Promote nonprofit missions, programs, and community initiatives with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships that increase community awareness and supporter engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer and community experiences during live events and outreach activities.
• Assist with event coordination, setup, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and outreach objectives.
• Participate in paid training focused on communication, leadership, marketing, customer engagement, and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, marketing, public relations, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for community events and promotional campaigns.
