Fundraising Associate
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Fundraising Associates to help drive our community fundraising efforts. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with residents and supporters to raise awareness and secure contributions for our programs and events. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce the organization and promote fundraising campaigns.
Clearly communicate the mission, goals, and impact of contributions.
Build rapport with community members and encourage donations or event participation.
Record and track interactions, pledges, and donations accurately.
Work toward daily and weekly fundraising goals individually and as part of a team.
Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.

Basic organizational skills to track contacts and results accurately.
No prior fundraising experience required; training and mentorship provided.
