We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Fundraising Associates. In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization, engaging directly with community members to promote fundraising campaigns, nonprofit programs, and local events.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach and community engagement to promote fundraising campaigns
• Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, goals, and impact of donations
• Build rapport with residents to encourage donations and event participation
• Accurately track donor interactions, pledges, and contributions
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising goals
• Represent the organization with a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face communication
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Resilient and professional when handling rejection
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• No prior fundraising experience required — full training provided
• Background in customer service, sales, marketing, or outreach is a plus
