Position Overview
As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for leadership roles within our organization. You will gain real-world experience by supporting outreach campaigns, coordinating events, mentoring team members, and assisting with daily business operations.
This is a full-time, entry-level position with clear advancement opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive leadership and business development training
Coordinate and manage community outreach events, including logistics and staffing
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, venues, and community organizations
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Train, mentor, and support outreach representatives
Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements
