We are currently hiring a Management Trainee to join our entry-level leadership development program. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term career in business management, nonprofit operations, event coordination, or team leadership.


Position Overview

As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for leadership roles within our organization. You will gain real-world experience by supporting outreach campaigns, coordinating events, mentoring team members, and assisting with daily business operations.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with clear advancement opportunities based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive leadership and business development training

  • Coordinate and manage community outreach events, including logistics and staffing

  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, venues, and community organizations

  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members

  • Train, mentor, and support outreach representatives
