What You’ll Do
Assist in supervising and coordinating outreach and event teams.
Support planning and execution of community events, fundraisers, and marketing campaigns.
Help onboard, train, and motivate team members.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
Represent the organization professionally with nonprofit partners and local community members.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus.
Entry-level experience in outreach, events, marketing, or volunteer coordination.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
