About the Role
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll support marketing strategy while executing campaigns and events across in-person and promotional channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, and leadership teams to launch campaigns, monitor performance, and improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Support initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, trade shows, community events, and brand activations
- Manage event timelines, materials, schedules, and onsite requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, public relations, and creative teams to maintain consistent messaging

- Assist with presentations, promotional materials, campaign content, and event collateral

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, promotions, brand management, or a related field
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and event management tools
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
