What You’ll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands to life through in-person events, pop-up activations, and community engagement. This is a people-focused, field-based role—perfect for communicators, relationship-builders, and changemakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events and outreach activations

• Conduct face-to-face marketing to raise awareness and engage potential supporters

• Assist with donor acquisition, lead generation, and community education

• Collaborate with your team to execute outreach and sales strategies

• Track campaign metrics using basic CRM tools and provide improvement suggestions

• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development workshops
