We are looking for motivated, outgoing Customer Service Associates to support our fundraising and community outreach efforts for upcoming events. In this role, you will conduct door-to-door engagement, connect with local residents, and promote awareness of our mission while encouraging event participation and charitable donations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform door-to-door outreach to raise awareness about our organization’s mission, programs, and fundraising events
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and communicating clearly with community members
- Build rapport through face-to-face engagement to inspire participation and secure donations
- Accurately track donations, interactions, and outreach data
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor while representing the organization
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and independent work
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, sales, or outreach is preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
