Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative
We’re seeking motivated, outgoing, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, first-time job seekers, and career changers interested in community outreach, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, events, marketing, and social impact.
No previous experience required — paid training and hands-on coaching provided!
What You’ll Do
As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll help connect communities with nonprofit programs, events, and meaningful causes.
- Engage with community members to promote nonprofit programs and campaigns
- Support community outreach, fundraising, and promotional initiatives
- Build positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and supporters
- Assist with event setup, registration, and logistics
- Represent nonprofit organizations in a friendly and professional manner
- Track engagement, attendance, and campaign results
- Work with a team to achieve outreach and event goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not required. We value enthusiasm, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
- Enjoy meeting and talking with new people
- Are friendly, dependable, organized, and adaptable
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are comfortable working in public-facing environments
- Can work occasional evenings, weekends, or community events
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, events, or nonprofit work is a plus—but not required.
