Our growing team is seeking motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistants to support fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives for a variety of clients, including nonprofits and charitable organizations.
This role provides hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic marketing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events, fundraising initiatives, and marketing campaigns
- Engage with the public, donors, and attendees to increase awareness and participation
- Help manage promotional materials, event logistics, and communications content
- Track participation and provide insights to optimize campaigns and engagement
- Support team members with training, coordination, and project execution
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance messaging and event impact
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Passion for community engagement, fundraising, and nonprofit initiatives
- Self-motivated with leadership potential and professional attitude
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, or administrative roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
